Goods are delivered subject to availability. If a particular delivery date/time is critical please call us before placing your order, that way we will be able to give you an accurate estimate on delivery.
All deliveries in our local area will be carried out by our own delivery team

With all local deliveries we will confirm by telephone your delivery date & time.
For deliveries of large domestic appliances outside our local area we prefer to use the dedicated home delivery service direct from the manufacturers, this enables us to offer you the security of having your appliance delivered by an experienced team, trained to handle these items. The manufacturers home delivery department will contact you directly to arrange the date of your delivery. We will always do our best to fit the delivery around you, however, while we can specify a delivery date, we cannot always specify a time. You may be subject to additional delivery charges if you are not available at the time of delivery that has been pre-arranged, however If you have any queries please dont hesitate to call us on 01435 868586. If you are purchasing 3 or more large appliances, the checkout basket may display a high delivery charge. If this is the case please phone Gareth instore on 01435 868586 or email support@kensingtonappliances.co.uk for a possible discount.
We dispatch deliveries of small appliances using a good quality courier. These particular items that we hold in stock can be delivered in 48 hours (2 working days) and it is important to only sign for items which are received in good condition. If we are collecting an old appliance to be recycled, please make sure that it is uninstalled and ready to be collected. If an appliance is still installed at time of collection, we may not be able to collect.
PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED GOODS!!!
It is extremely important to check all items for damage before signing to accept them. If your delivery is carried out by courier we will not be able to accept any claims for damaged items if you have signed the deliery paperwork. It is vital for you to INSPECT GOODS CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING, this means getting them out of the box, not just looking at the packaging. Please make sure that anyone who might accept a delivery for you understands this, especially if they are teenage children, who in our experience tend not to listen too well! Although we bend over backwards to help our customers we cannot alter couriers rules and once goods are signed for we cannot accept any claims for damages. Signing goods as "unchecked" makes no difference, you really do have to check them properly. If you find an item damaged please do not accept it, in this case mark any paperwork you may be asked to sign clearly "DELIVERY REFUSED AS ITEM DAMAGED"

In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and exchanges
We want to help you to make the right choice, please call or email if you have any questions.
If you find that you have made the wrong choice after delivery has taken place you can return the product to us within 30 days as long as it is fully packaged in the original packaging which must be intact and undamaged, you will have to pay the return cost of postage/collection yourself. Obviously to avoid this cost it is always best to make sure you do not find yourself wanting to return an item, so please dont hesitate to ask for help in your choice.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Kensington Domestic Appliances Ltd and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it (cancel your contract);

Return it to us with the products original packaging and labels within 30 days of receipt.

All goods to be in a new and unused condition together with a copy of your original receipt.

If you feel the goods are faulty please contact us immediately and we will then contact you to resolve the matter, the above conditions also apply.
- Your refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please be aware that if goods received are not as described, you may not get a full refund. We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred by us including re-stocking fees.
