Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your contract (order) within 14 days of order
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Kensington Domestic Appliances, High Street, Heathfield, Sussex TN21 0XU. 01435 868586, sales@kensingtonappliances.co.uk) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement in the form of letter sent by post or email. You may use the cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline and ensure we have recived your notification it is best to telephone us to check we have recieved your cancellation.you can call us on 01435 868586
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel the contract (order), we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery to you,Goods must be unopened and in original packaging, intact and with all accesories and instructions. If you have taken delivery already you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us yourself. We can help you with this by arranging courier collection on your behalf if you wish. We will make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of any goods supplied. We reserve the right to deduct a sum to cover any unavoidable financial loss we incur due to your order cancellation, for example a manufacturers penalty restocking fee for a cancelled order or transportation costs to our warehouse where goods have been specifically ordered in for you.
We refund without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your cancellation from this contract to us.
If you are returning goods they must be unopened and in original condition as supplied, all transportation cost are your responsibility, items must be returned within 14 days, refunds will be made upon inspection of goods in to our warehouse. If damaged, used or not in original packaging the item will not be refunded and you will be required to collect goods from our warehouse within 14 days.
Obviously to avoid charges to you it is always best to make sure you do not find yourself wanting to return an item, so please dont hesitate to ask for help in your choice and be extra carefull when measuring, dont forget to measure access route, doorways, hall widths etc. IF IN DOUBT PLEASE RING US FOR HELP FIRST...BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
